Why We Built This Site
Georgia records do not sit in one county database. Walker County's Clerk of Superior, State and Juvenile Courts keeps docket events, filed charges, dispositions, and certified court copies. The Walker County Sheriff's Office maintains the law-enforcement and detention records it creates. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center runs the statewide criminal-history repository, while the Georgia Department of Corrections and Georgia Sex Offender Registry publish separate custody and registration information. We bring the verified portals, counter details, fee information, and request paths together without treating those distinct records as interchangeable.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Georgia court, law-enforcement office, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file record-restriction applications, open-record requests, or court papers for anyone
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot promise that a government office has not changed a fee, address, hour, or online system
Only the issuing office, such as the Walker County Sheriff, the Clerk, or the Georgia Crime Information Center, can provide or certify an official criminal record.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its own service, prices, data practices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the resource. We do not set the provider's charges or determine which records its system returns.
