1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of every government office. It does not store official records, perform official checks, retrieve files, or submit documents on a visitor's behalf.

Its role is to identify custodians such as the Walker County Sheriff's Office, the criminal courts, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No visitor may use information from this website or a linked service to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate. Georgia law, including O.C.G.A. § 42-1-12, restricts misuse of Georgia Sex Offender Registry information and can impose criminal consequences. Registry entries support lawful safety awareness, never vigilantism or illegal targeting.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from an authorized official process or an FCRA-compliant provider.
